Your sentence structure, word order and spelling is very good!

From: Maria_Anderson@themail.com To: Paul.Brown@mail.com Subject: *Postponed meeting.

Dear Paul,

Thank you for *informing me that Friday's meeting was postponed. I notice the next meeting *will be on Tuesday 3rd April at 3pm, and *I am emailing you to confirm *that I will be attending. Kind regards, Maria Anderson

I'll try to explain my changes below

* There are many rules about when to use the 'ing' form (also called the present continuous or gerund), so I will send them to you by message.

* Dates: According to the Oxford English Style Manual the formatting for dates in formal/business British English is as follows: 25 December 2012 at 3pm.  There is no need to punctuate.  American English is slightly different, but I will leave that to a US-English speaker to explain.

* 'I am emailing to confirm (that) I will be attending.    ['That's is omitted in colloquial letters and speech, but it should be included in Business/Formal English]

* 'I will be attending'  [Again the gerund is used.  This time the gerund shows a continuous action, i.e. your attendance will be for the duration of the meeting.  This will be explained in the notes I'll send you]

Thank you, Sarah,

i have al lot to learn about English grammar. Short sentences ar not a problem for me, but in long sentences I lost th right order. I' ve bougt me a book "Fehlerfrei Englisch" by John Stevens and that's very interesting. It shows a lot of mistakes what I make.

I hope, my English isn't too bad.

Greetings

Angelika
