At  The last concert I went to was in Poland in a small, but cozy town; the concert was dedicated to the City Day. Groups such as Strzał W Głowę, Deer Scarlet, Remission Blame, and SNOW were playing. It was unforgetably cool.

I see that you are using the - semi-colon > ;   -  ,but cozy town; the concert was.... < correct :)

However, as the man above has corrected -   , but cozy town. The concert was  < much better because in the second half of your sentence where you are using the semi-colon - it's also another complete thought. 

It should be separated into another complete sentence.

You can choose to do it either way, both are correct. :)
