Hi, I'm Henry, ten years ago my colour's hair were dark, now they are white, I'm 54 yo, I have brown eyes. I'm tall 1,70 metres and weight 81 kilos, I must lose weight, infact this morning I've been playing tennis for two hours and in the afternoon I went running for 30 minutes but it's very hard to be slim. Let's hope well!!!

Hi, I'm Henry , ten years ago my hair color/colour (British English) was dark, now they are white (grey, Americans usually say grey Hair). I'm 54 years old, I have brown eyes. I am 1.70 meters tall and weigh  81 kilos. In fact, this morning I played tennis for 2 hours and inthe afternoon I went running for 30 minutes but it is very hard to become slim. Let hope for the best.
