I do nothing. Halloween is not a typical Italian festival, even if a lot of people, in particular young people have begun to have party , to disguise themseves and to play trick or treat in recent years. In general I speak about Halloween at school with my students and read a passage about the British traditions about it. In my town a young boy, aged ten, had an accident some years ago, while he was playing trick or treat with his friends. A car arrived and the driver didn't see him because he was wearing a black cloak and it was very dark that evening. He died in the crash. Since then the mayor has prohibited to go around disguised for Halloween.

Ben fatto. Non mi piace Halloween. Una volta il Halloween era più come il giorno dei morti. Ciao~

Your mayor was right!

But when you have kids, you can't escape from Halloween... :-(
