Both candidates promise to solve what maybe is the main problem nowadays in USA, the precariousness and lack of employment. I think they have different ways to deal with (forms to face) matters, Romney used to highlight (present) the big mistakes and unsolved problems of the past four years by Obama, and Obama promises to solve these problems and states that his opponent won't be able to do it. Just what politicians usually do in Spain or in many other countries in every election, nothing new...However, I hope the elected party helps solve these problems effectively.

Your opinion of the USA presidental election is well expressed in English.  When addressing a country's high ranking leader, especially the executive leader, it is appropriate and respectful to address by the proper and formal title with surname, even if he/she may be your friend or relative in such positions.  In doing so will foster positive international relations but also a standard of respect you would expect for your country's leaders.  Thank you for sharing your interest in my country's election.  Keep practicing and mindful of country cultures and protocols.
