For lunch and dinner, I don't see any advantage providing us with something important, except for reduction hunger, these even cause, on the other hand, the feeling of sleeping, especially after dinner.
What do I usually have for breakfast? Now, I live in a dorm in İstanbul, so I have various breakfast products which are mostly prepared that you know, however, I actually can't have a good breakfast, since I wake up too early to go to school, and as a result from this known loss of appetite. It is ometimes just a coffee with a cigarette, but I have enough time to have breakfast richly on Sundays, and it excatly refers my lunch instead of breakfast, it is because I wake up at 11:00-12:00 o'clock on Sundays. Therefore, I am really missing the breakfast together with my family. At home, almost many things are prepared with my mum, and we very rarely use prepared products at breakfast, they just may be olives, butter, eggs and sometimes honey. Except for these, cheese, yogurt, jams, curd, halva, bread and syrup that are inderectly made by woman in our village, above all I love rose jams, but for the production of this kind of rose jam, it required special roses which have delicate leaves. There is a common saying for these roses '' They are the most unruly rose of rough mountains'' and their love is persist in all seasons.
