Wild animals

If I had lived in those ancient times and my name had been Noah, I would certainly have done everything according to God’s commandments. But if I had a small “arc” nowadays and my name were Noah, too, I would take ergather my family and gathered  and all of my small pets, male and female. That’s to say: the cats, the dogs, the hamster's, the  hedge hog's,  the chinchilla's, the squirrel's, the guinea-pi'gs, the bunny's, the  mouse  mice (plural) and the mink at the gangway. I would command those four-leg passangers: “All paws, on deck!” After each pair were shown into a separate cabin (that is, a cage), We then, would sail off into the open sea, to drift there, until a new flood, if any, was over.

Pets, is plural. cats dogs etc. the: is self explanitory to be used only once. The used more than once,  is useless.
