A bit of geography

In the  country which I come from there are many of rivers and mountains. The longest River in Poland is Vistula. In the south of Poland lies the mountain region, including the Sudetes, the Cracow-Częstochowa Upland, the Świętokrzyskie Mountains, and the Carpathian Mountains, including the Beskids. The highest part of the Carpathians is the Tatra Mountain

I would make one slight change , and instead of putting "the country which i come from " i would probably put " My Homeland " , but what you wrote was very interesting ;0)
