This exercise is about negative feelings, such as worry, anger, sadness, fear, upset, disappointment etc. It is NOT about your mental health, psychological problems or private life. I agree you don't need to tell the world about your hard times, if you don't wish to do so.

Having feelings, both positive and negative, is a normal human behaiviour. We all have them all the times; on a constant daily basis and these influence our reactions to events, opinions, decisions and behaviour in the environment around us.
