USA: Dentist who fired assistant for being 'irresistible' acted within the law

Melissa Nelson who had been working for Dr. James Knight since 1999 was fired in January 2010 as she posed a threat to his marriage. The ruling has sparked debate around the world. Employment Attorney, Glen Savits, says he is shocked to see this happen in the 21st century: "I think the women in Iowa should probably should start going to work in burqas for fear that the boss might find them sexually attractive and terminate them." Melissa Nelson, says she saw Knight as a father figure and was shocked when he said that he couldn't be trusted around her. Great news girls! You don't have to spend a lot of money to all of this stuff, which helps you to keep your beauty or look more pretty. You should not to envy your more beautiful friends or colleagues. The more beautiful you look, the more chances to loose your job.
According to this video, Melissa Nelson was fired because her boss, Dr. James Knight, considered her attractiveness as danger to his marriage, and even the Court couldn't help her.
Poor Doctor. He did all he could. He tried do not look at her, he tried to think about his wife and covered all walls in his office with her pictures. Nothing could help him.
Poor Melissa. I think, in the USA should be enacted a new law under which all beautiful women should not work at all and receive a lifetime pension. They were born for love and pleasure.

Great news girls! You don't have to spend a lot of money for all of this stuff( those beauty products) which helps you to keep your beauty or look prettier. You should not envy your more beautiful friends or colleagues. The more beautiful you look, the more chances there are that you can lose your job. Prettier or more pretty?

Both ae acceptable but prettier is far more commonly used.

In my case, I think I use what sounds best at the time.
