First we melt butter on low heat then add some oil, salt, black paper, smoked paprika; lime and chili souse then mix them together. Now we wash the chicken with cold water, remove everything from inside of the cavity. Again we rinse the chicken inside out, and then dry it with paper towel. Now we should loosen up the space between the skin and the rest of the meat by our fingers and massaging the under skin area while adding our flavor spoon by spoon to the extent that our fingers can go without tearing apart the skin. Then we rub the flavor all over the skin and inside the cavity as well. Now we can place the miserable bird on baking pan and cook it at 230 degree (centigrade) for an hour. Then turn the chicken around and let it cook again at the same degree for 50 minutes. Now you can serve the food with potatoes and some vegetables.
