Describe the kitchen utensils that you can see in the photograph.

In the photo there are a blender, a refrigerator and a scales, but I can see an apple too. I am thinking if in the refrigerator there is some milk, a little banana and some ice we can make a good fruit smoothie. And the scales? Oh, we do not need it, for now. We will use it when we will have to make a cake:)

I thought this was a good answer.

The third one is, "a scale". Only one scale. If there was more than one, then it would be scales. The "s" added to the end of the word if it is plural .

It is a new word for me, I just learn it tonight on Busuu. In Busuu it is write down 'scales', so I thought it is right, but now I know it is wrong. Thank you very much:)

Nice job....photos is plural because there are three...but there is only one scale.

Ben fatto. Oggi, diciamo una scala (a kitchen scale or a bathroom scale) perché non è come le scale vecchie, ma è solo una cosa. Talvolta, Busuu fa molti errori. Anche, nella prima foto è, in realtà, un mixer. Un blender e un mixer sono due cose diverse. Visualizza google immagini per "blender" e "mixer" (in inglese) e puoi vedere le differenze. Auguri di un strepitoso 2013~
