The geography in my country (Spain) is very diverse,in the north have the Atlantic sea,the river,the cliff forest and lake. In the South have the mediterranean sea,the mountains,the river,the desert at litle and cave where live the person. In the East have Mediterranean sea,mountains, and the West have the river,the lake and Portugal opposite..........

The geography in my country (Spain) is very diverse. To the north is the Atlantic Ocean, rivers, cliffs. forests and lakes. In the southern area are the Mediterranean Sea, mountains, rivers, desert, and caves where people live. In the east is, again, the Mediterranean Sea and mountains, and to the west are more rivers, lakes, and the border with Portugal.

You're welcome. I would suggest, when you are listing the same geographic features for all four regions, to instead, make one statement that there are mountains, rivers, and lakes thourghout the country. Then, for each region, list the unique features to that region.
