Today I feel like cooking chocolate mousse. At a first step I whip the cream. Then I separate the eggs. I hit the yolks with dust sugar about vapor foamily. Then I hit it in cold water and add the melted chocolate. Finally I stir the whipped cream in and keep it cold for at least two hours. I like to serve it with rasperries.
