Yes, I do. I usually eat good servings of fish during the week. In fact, I always include on my diet fish such as: red snapper, sardine, sea bass, salmon, tuna, among others. Studies says that eating blue fish with great sources of omega-3, lower the LCD (bad) cholesterol, heart deseases and allow people to live longer ; and improve the brain funtions like avoiding alzheilmer's-memory loss, among other benefits. People should be more aware about the benefits that certain foods provide to their lives. For me, eating healthy food, doing some excercises, and drinking water on a regular basis, are crucial to keep a healthy life.
