My suggestion:

 

The day before I have an exam I usually relax. I go out for a walk. I try to get enough sleep.
I eat healthy food. I stop learning anything more because learning until the final day causes a lot of stress.

The day before I have an exam, I usually relax. I get enough sleep, and I eat healthy food. I don't study on that final day. Cramming on the day of an exam only causes stress.

The day before I have an exam, I usually relax. I go for a walk. I get enough sleep and I eat some healthy food. I do not learn more on that last day. Learning on the final day may only add me the additional and unnecessary stress.
