What phrases would you use if you made a phone call?

This picture makes me remember, last moth I tried to comunnicate with my mobile phone company because I need to change my service and get a new package and it took around 25 minutes and all this to said in the end that I had to go till a office to makes that request.

This picture reminds me of a call I made last month to my mobile phone company. I called them to change my service plan. I was on the phone with them for 25 minutes before being told that I had to make my request at a local office. What a waste of time.

This picture reminds me of the time I tried to contact my mobile phone company as I wanted to change to another service to get a new package. It took around 25 minutes and at the end of all this they told me I had to go physically go into the office to make that request.
