So for example, you could say "this type of housing has" (singular) OR "these houses have" (plural) ** I would say "it is a housing type that is small in area and has few rooms: *** This is ok, but I would say "and few partitions" This exercise is excellent! In the first photo, you can see a block of flats or apartments, I do not think that they can be very large, with few rooms, they are possibly only suitable for an individual or maybe a small family.
