On the back there is the place of residence, place of birth, height in cm, colour of eyes, date of issue, issuing authority and personal number (PESEL - Universal Electronic Population Database) in the form of hologram. The card number there is below the PESEL . At the bottom there are the data in machine-readable form.
 
... In the Future identity cards in Poland will be endowed with electronic chips. Sensitive data will be stored in it.  Of course, I'm deeply concerned about the announcement of upcoming control measures.

Now, I will tell you about [on] the details on the Polish identity card.
On the front there is a photo of the owner, given names (I have two names), surname, family name, parents' given names, date of birth, sex, owner's signature, identity card number, name of my country (Republic of Poland), and document name (identity card).
For the record, I must enumerate, briefly and clearly yet: the coat of arms of the Republic of Poland, a security hologram, and date of expiry.
