Camping

If I go trekking I pack as little as possible, but all I need , is my backpack. My backpack has between 17 and 20 kilos , water for one day included . I have a packing list ,so that I forget nothing. It is so a lot of things from the first aids to sleeping bag,sleeping mat , headtorch, rainwear..... I am going to go from the Northest point of Austria to the Southest point of Austria this year. This trip is  550 km and 18000 m altitude. I would like to go on the tour in 19 days.

I have a packing list ,so that I forget nothing (better: so that I don't forget anything). It is so includes a lot of things, from the first aid kit to a sleeping bag, sleeping mat , headtorch, rainwear, etc.  I am going to go from the North point of Austria to the South point of Austria this year (better: from the most northern point of Austria to the most southern point of Austria this year). That They are 550 km and 18000 m in altitude. I would like going to complete the tour in 19 days.
