On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom.The flat is close to the town centre   and has good transport connections . Rent is $400 a month , with 2 months deposit up front .

** I did change the "for sale " to " for rent , as you ended the exercise with $400 a month etc .

If you wanted to sell , the end would have been something like ."The flat is up for sale in the region of  

$123,456 .
