At the pharmacy

What kind of items can you buy in your local pharmacy?

I have a higth blood pressure and so I need an aspirin 5 mg every day.
When my doctor gives a prescription, usually I go to my local pharmacy wich open all-nigth.
Sometimes the headtache cause worry. In this case I have used a painkiller and a homeopathic medicine.
The bad things is the side effects. That's all.
