I played football during six years, all of the week with training on Mondays, on Thursdays and the match often on Saturdays and sometimes but hardly ever on Sundays. But I broke my right knee then now I practice mountain bike two times by week: on Thuesday and on Sunday. I had always like practicing sport. When I was eight or nine years old I played judo too. I think that today I don't often feel the need to practice sports, I am more quiet that before.

Nice job. Your spelling is good, only one mistake: Tuesday. Work on grammar. To say "sometimes but hardly ever" you can say "rarely": it means the same thing but is only one word.
