The second half of this paragraph was difficult for me to understand because im not familiar with what is happening with the banks in italy.  From what i understand i have taken my best guess at changing the sentence to make the most sense.

one thing, to use the phrase "taking part..." you can either say, "taking part in" or "part of"

examples:

"I am taking part in recycling more this year"

"He is part of the staff at this hotel"

OK, a little difficult to understand (although the banks always are!). Remember to take time to get the word order and grammar right. The spelling is perfect as always! Here is my version of what I think you mean:

All kinds of services, but they are very expensive. The banks in Italy have been acting together to form a monopoly, agreeing between themselves to return less of the profits to their clients, thereby raising larger amounts of money for themselves.
