I'm trying to become a semi-vegetarian, I don't eat meat for a few months ago, eating only fish, seafood, vegetables and fruit. Because red meat is very high in cholesterol and saturated fat which give us heart disease and cancer.

I assume the "Because" in the second sentence is followed by the reason why you are becoming a semi vegetarian. However, when "because" is used at the beginning of a sentence, what follows it is a subordianate clause which must be followed by a comma and then the main clause, so the sentence above is left "hanging", we expect the main clause to follow after a comma. Red meat is high in cholesterol....... I am doing this because red meat is high in cholesterol... |
