A man sad. A woman hyphochondriac. A young pessimistic man.

A sad man. A hypochondriac woman. A young pessimist.

A man who is feeling sad. (or worried, or upset) 
A hypochondriac woman who believes her headache is something much worse.
A young man who is pessimistic. 

Other suggestions:

A man who is feeling very concerned as he waits for news about his sick wife.
A woman who developed a very bad headache after spending the day with her noisy grandchildren.
A disappointed man hand signalling to a colleague that his proposal was turned down.
