Using "haven't" is not wrong, but is quite an old-fashioned way of saying it - most people would say "don't have" instead.
As above, but there's nothing wrong with saying 'haven't' you would just say 'I haven't got a dishwasher' instead of 'I don't have a dishwasher'.
