In my house I hate doing in my house to wash the dishes, because I haven't a dishwasher, also to iron the clothes above all in the summer.  Good work    Puedes decir  'I hate doing the washing and the ironing'  sin objectos.   Por lo general        'I hate washing'  = ' I hate to wash'     ' I hate ironing'  = 'I hate to iron'   etc.

Good, well done!

Using "haven't" is not wrong, but is quite an old-fashioned way of saying it - most people would say "don't have" instead.

As above, but there's nothing wrong with saying 'haven't' you would just say 'I haven't got a dishwasher' instead of 'I don't have a dishwasher'.
