I like doughnut. The last year in New-York where I spend my hollydays, every morning, I get buying some Doughnuts with a hot coffe-creme. The real pleasure, to keep his time and loocking the people busy ! But be carreful, don't forget to practise sport to time to time. An example : the footing, only a pair shoes per year, an old short and tee-shirt and by winter an old tracksuit. The best sport who is very cheap !
Help please : I don't understand the following sentence : wash it down with hot cup coffee ! For me I wash my car or others ....

I like doughnuts. The Last year I spent my holidays in New-York where I spend my hollydays, every morning, I would buying some doughnuts with a hot coffee-creme.

It's a real pleasure, to take your time while looking at all the busy people busy !

But be careful, don't forget to practise sport from time to time. As an example, jogging, where all you need is only a pair of shoes \ trainers once per year, an old pair of shorts and a tee-shirt and in winter an old tracksuit. This is the best sport and it's very cheap !

Help please : I don't understand the following sentence : "wash it down with a hot cup of coffee!" For me I wash my car or others ....

It means "wash whatever you've eaten down your throat!"
