Do you think that being a parent is different today from being a parent 100 years ago?

I don't think it is more difficult but the request on parents today is much greater. They have to go to work and bring up children at the same time. On the other hand the health care and the infant nutrition is a sight better than 100 years ago. For this reasons the infant mortality rate is lower these days.
