I'm choosing a salad because it's one of my favorite dishes to eat. First of all, I get one of my bowls. Big bowl makes it easy to mix all the ingrediens before putting them into the server bowl. To prepare salad I take a head of lettuce, brake the leaves off, wash them under the cold water, then dry them on the towel. You can cut lettuce using a knife, but I prefer to tear it in bite-sized portions by hand. Next step is to add veggies to the salad. Some choices are tomatoes (grape tomatoes are my favorite), bell peppers, avocado, carrots, cucumber. I wash and chop up a few. If a salad is one of my meals for a day, I add chopped pieces of turkey or chicken to it. I also like a little bit of sunflower seeds and shredded cheese. To finish preparation I mix all the ingrediens and add my favorite dressing. Now it's ready to serve. Enjoy!
