I would like to write about the musical instruments which are used in a symphonic orchestra. The classic symphonic orchestra includes four main groups: the string instruments, woodwind instruments and brass, and percussion. Sometimes the orchestra includes other instruments (more often it is a harp, a piano, an organ, a celesta, a harpsichord). The complete/full-size orchestra depends on the composer and the composition was written by him. The string's group is considered the main group of the symphonic orchestra. It is the biggest group and it includes the first violins, the second violins, the altos, the cellos, and the double basses. The woodwind's group consists of a pair of flutes, a pair of clarinets, a pair of bassoons. The brass consists of 2-4 french horns and 2 trumpets. The musicians playing the wind instruments have a very high skills because they must be able to play solo. There is only one instrument called timpani in the percussion group. Because of the structure of this orchestra it is called "Paired" or "Doubles".
