I can understand your answer well but it doesn't sound fluent. Here is a suggestion of what you could say:

I don't have a favourite Olympic sport, when I watch the olympic games, I like to watch as many sports as possible. I am interested in all of the sporting events but I particularly enjoy watching Russia. I see the games as a global cultural event, not just as a sporting event. I am looking forward to the 2014 Winter Olympics held in Sochi.

Well done good sentence structure. There are certain flaws in grammar such as varios sentence fragments but other tan that well done friend.

When the Olympic Games are passing / taking place I don't have the favorite sports events which I would like to watch the most. If I have time I try to watch all competitions. Each of them are very interesting for me, so I am ~~the~~ a fan of the Russian team. Moreover I like to watch the Olympic Games not only as sports events but also as the global cultural event. I am looking forward with great interest the upcoming Olympic Winter Games, which to be held in Sochi in 2014.

In UK we spell favourite, in American English they spell favorite.
