I start my day with positive affirmations. :) In the morning while I'm running I'm repeating to myself my affirmations: I'm beautiful, I'm smart, I'm very healthy, I have a lot of energy, I have everything I want, and so on. Kidding aside, I do a lot of completely different things, but what I do isn't unusual and outside other people's preferences. I start my day like many of other people do: by taking a shower, getting dressed, having breakfast , and then leaving home for work. I don't have any specific time for my work, sport, meals or going to bed.
