At the travel agency

Do you usually go to a travel agency or do you prefer to organise the trip on your own? Why?

In fact it depends on where i want to travel to.if i'm going to a place that i don't have enough knowledge about,i prefer to go there by tour.

Good efforts but there are some mistakes. The 'I' when speaking of yourself is always capitalized. Also, "where I'm travelling" is better than "where I want to travel to". Last thing, the question was if you like a travel agency to book your trip, or you like to book it yourself online, not if you like to go by tour.
