Hello. I can add one more correction to the one made 16/02/2013. (Though here in California it is still Feb. 15.)

Change "My favorite is salmon, sardines, mussels and shelfish" to "My favorites are salmon, ...etc". The word "is" is singular; the word "are" is plural. You list more than one fish, so you need to make "favorite" and "is" plural---favorites and are.
