In my free time I'm reading an interesting English book or watching a film online.
I'm regularly listening to classical, jazz, mood, pop, film or choral music but I like also Tibetan chant, Tibetan bells and Tibetan gongs. I'm often listening to English podcasts.
Every day I talk to my friend and to my family. Every day I learn English. I'm singing songs nearly every night or when I'm very tired. I like to sing songs titled "Singin' In The Rain" (tapping dance at the same time), "I Have This Dream", "Remember the Time", "Black Or White" or "Speechless" and many others. I assume that everyone can sing, one some better, other some worse.
Sometimes I'm going for a walk or to a museum or a theatre. I'm doing my home gym. Exercising to music increases motivation and makes me happy. Endorphins are released during exercise. You can read "what are the benefits of exercise" here:

I enjoy riding bikes. I'm interested in bike riding in spring.
I still have a lot to write for my essay but I think that it's enough. :-)

Your facility in English has improved by an order of magnitude since you've started here on Busuu. Your essay is very well laid out.

Whenever you write about something that you do all the time, that is habitually, use Present Simple: I eat breakfast every day, for example. I exercise weekly, etc. Good luck. I am glad you have so many interests and the discipline to engage in all of them. Best of luck, and I am looking forward to your next exercise.

Excellent job!  It is fun reading your work. I love those endorphins!  I think on the earlier sentences your tenses were off.  You do not want to use the tense, "During my free I am doing........" or "I'm singing songs when I am free..." it is grammatically incorrect usage. "I sing songs when I am free" is the correct version.

I have some Bhutanese and Tibetan chants with me, that I have to find a way to share with you.  The Bhutanese and the Tibetans border each other and are very similar, but they have also fought each other.  Usually brothers fight.  I also love many other chants,  the Dominican monks, etc.

[During/In my free time/Right now], I [like/enjoy/I'm/I've been] reading an interesting English book [and/or] watching a film online. I'm listening [regularly/frequently/often] to classical, jazz, mood, pop, film or choral music, but I also likeTibetan chant, Tibetan bells and Tibetan gongs. I'm often listening to English podcasts. Every day, I talk to my friend and to my family. Every day, I learn English. I'm singing songs nearly every night or when I'm very tired. I assume that everyone can sing, one [some better than others/some better, other some worse]. Sometimes, I'm going for a walk or to a museum or a theatere. I'm work out doing [in my home gym/at my home gym]. Exercising to music increases my motivation and makes me happy. Endorphins are released during exercise. You can read "what are the benefits of exercise" here: http://wiki.answers.com/Q/What_are_the_benefits_of_exercise. I enjoy riding bikes. I'm interested in bike riding in the spring. Very good. I think you can either say "During my free time", or "In my free time". The second way more closely morrors the wording of the question. I believe whichever one you choose has some influence over which verb tenses or verb construction you will use. For example: "In my free time, I enjoy reading English books and watching movies online". "During my free time, I have been reading an English book and watching some films online." If you use "enjoy", you must use the gerund, the form of the verb ending in -ing. If you use "like", you can say "I like reading books and watching movies" or "I like to read books and watch movies". The same is true of "I love to read" or "I love reading". "I hate to wash the dishes" or "I hate washing dishes". "I'm reading an English book and watching a film online" would mean you are doing it either right at this very moment or that you have been doing it ongoing. You would use that with "Right now" because of that. "I listen regularly", "frequently" or "often to all kinds of music". Notice that "listen" comes before "regularly". If you said "Right now, I am listening to classical music" or I am listening to classical music right now", that could mean I am doing it at this very moment. "Lately, I've been listening to a lot of classical, jazz and choral music." Remember to always put a comma before "but". It's "I also like Tibetan chant", not "I like also Tibetan chant". "I often listen to English podcasts." We don't usually use the verb "to be" plus the gerund (-ing) with "often". "I'm listening to an English podcast right now" or "Right now, there are some English podcasts I am in the process of litening to". "Lately, I've been listening to some English broadcasts." "Every day" is used twice as an initial conjunction and "Sometimes" also is. Remember that a conjunction is a word or phrase that joins other words and phrases together and initial means it comes at the beginning of the sentence. These must have commas after them. "I sing songs every night or when I'm tired." "I'm going to sing a song every night to cheer myself up." "I'm singing a song right now and it makes me happy." "Lately, I've been singing songs to calm me down at night." You can say "everyone can sing, some better than others", or "everyone can sing, some better, some worse". "I go for a walk, or to a museum or to a theater." "I'm going for a for a walk every night for exercise." "I've been going on walks because I need the exercise." Remember that in the USA, the American ending of "theater" is "-er", not "re" as it is elsewhere. You can cater to the Brits, of course, if you choose to. :) "I work out in my home gym" or "at my home". "I'm working out in my gym at home to stay in shape." "I've been working out to prepare for the marathon." The motivation to music gives you is your motivation, so you want to use the first person singular possessive pronoun "my" in front of it. You need to say you are interested in riding bikes in "the" spring" because the spring is a specific time of the year. You need a comma after "essay", as it precedes "but". I think that "this is enough" or "I think I've said enough". :)
