The last Ukrainian parliamentary election ( or General election) took place in autumn 2012. That election had significantly different from two previous. They used a mixed voting system : 50% by party lists and 50% by simple-majority constituencies. The election campaign was limited to2 months. Every citizen of Ukraine 18 years of age or older was able to vote ( if they haven't any psychiatric or other medical removals ). Also Ukraine has more than 100 foreign polling(or electoral) stations in many other counties. The electoral colleges were opened after 7 a.m. and closed after 9 p.m. and then the members of scrutineers have to count the ballot papers. This year some parties did the good electoral campaigns and got o lot of voices . They are : The Party of Regions , Svoboda , Udar (with Vitaliy Klichcko) and The Communist Party of Ukraine . The other ones got not so much voices . So Ukraine has a multy-party system and it's really a big problem for our governmant because they often can't find any compromises . I want to believe that they will able to work together intelligently and effectively.
