I use to get up very early, because we don't have fixed times at work. So the earliest I arrive, the earliest I can go out in the afternoon. I use to arrive at work at 7'00 in the morning and to finish at 16'30 in the afternoon, so I have free time during the rest of the day.

 I would use leave istead of go out 

Go out means to go to the cafe or restaurant))))))
