The house of my dreams has a big living room and a big kitchen, because I like cooking and hanging around with friends. It has a big garden an balconies accessible from almost all the rooms, so that you can easily spend time outside when the weather is good. I don't need a garage because I won't need a car as the house will be located near the city centre and within walking distance to the public transportation system.
