My favourite recipe is the "cassoulet". It's a recipe of South West of france. There are flageolet beans, carrots and onions. Also a lot of meat cook with the vegetables. The principal meat, it's the duck. There are much duck in my region. It's used for the "duck confit" and the "fat liver". I like it.

Also a lot of meat is cooked with/ cooks with the vegetables. The principal meat, is duck. There are a lot of/many ducks in my region. It's used for Very good! In the area of southwestern France that I visited, it was principally goose! :-) |
