You've written this very well again! My corrections are virtually the same as Helen's and Vera's.  I've tried to give you some explanations of the changes that we've made.

-My only difference is adding a comma.  There are two rules for when to use a comma.

i.) Place a comma before the following words when they join two sentences.  And  But  For  Nor  So  Yet  Or.

Example: I went to the shop, and then I went to the post office.  I went to the shop to buy bread, but it was shut.  I did not go to the shop, nor did I go to the post office.  The sun was shining, so I did not put my coat on when I went to the shop.

ii.) Place a comma between a sentence within a sentence that gives additional information, as in the example of when you listed the names of the spices you added to the cream.

Other example: I like Swedish food, especially Swedish fish recipes, as it is healthy and simple.  [The main sentence is 'I like Swedish food, as it's healthy and simple.  The additional information is 'especially Swedish fish receipes'.]

*You can say ''After an hour it is finished'.  A phrase that you will see in cookbooks is 'An hour later it will be ready' or 'it will be ready an hour later'.

* I think 'such as' is a better term than 'like', although 'like' is used in this way.

Hi  Sarah! Your explanations are very well, however. I understand all of them and if I could hold it in my mind I wouldn't make so much mistakes. :-) (smile)

Hi Sarah! Deine Erklärungen sind wie immer sehr gut. Ich habe alles verstanden und wenn ich es mir merken könnte, dann würde ich weniger Fehler machen. :-) (schmunzel)

Hi Angie!

"Hi Sarah! Your explanations are very well, however. I understand all of them and if I could hold it in my mind I wouldn't make so much mistakes. :-) (smile)"

-Yes, understanding is easier than remembering... :) :)

-I find it is 'easier' to remember things if I compare English and German, so I wondered if this may work for you.  I still forget things though.. :) :) lol

-Danke sehr für die Übersetzung!
