I am feeling exhausted at the end of my work because all the time in my work there are people so that is very exhausted

I feel exhausted (or tired) at the end of my working day because all time are people around so for it my job is really exhausted

I feel exhausted at the end of the day because there are people around all the time. That's why I feel so exhausted.
