My worst holiday was in Campos do Jordão and the city is very beautiful but the heating didn't work
and I didn't sleep all night. The next day i went out and change my hotel. I was decived!!
I payed for one room with heating and was cold!! Now, I prefer to go to the beach!

Instead of 'and', here, start a new sentence perhaps? "My worst holiday was in Campos do Jordão. The city is very beautiful but the heating didn't work, (comma here) and I didn't sleep all night.


The next day i (I) went out and change (changed) my hotel. I was decived (deceived- although maybe use the word 'tricked'. It's more commonly used)!! I payed (paid) for one room with heating and was cold!! Now, I prefer to go to the beach! (great!) 

Well done! Only a couple of mistakes :)
