Interviewer: Good morning Mr. Smith. You have applied as a scientist for didactical research at our university. Now I will ask you a few questions. Why do you think that you are suitable for this position?
Interviewee: There are many reasons for that. I have experiences in working as a teacher and so I have practical access to the researched object. Further I liked the scientific work during my education at the university very much and I done, I think because of this, all the works with a great success.
Interviewer: And what's your on reason to apply for this job?
Interviewee: I can connect many things I love to do. I'm very interested how to teach students in the best way and teaching at itself. Further I like the creative part of science during the research new strategies and solutions.
Interviewer: Which points in didactical science for nature science are important for you?
Interviewee: The most important thing for me is the aspect of motivation while learning. The question is, how should I develop methods and materials that the student become interested in. But not only interested for a few minutes, but also until the results are saved. And I think you could design various methods and experiments for students with different accesses. So the students can choose the way which they are most interested in.
Interviewer: Ok...What are your strong points? And your weak ones?
Interviewee: My strong points are that I'm an open person, which likes to work in a team to organize big projects and solve big problems. But I also like to work by myself, being creative and adament in the development of new things. My weak points are that I'm sometimes all over the place and tham I'm a little forgetful.
