In the first picture I see a man who is yawning .In the second picture  two girls are eating . And in the third picture I see a woman who is sneezing. (Or you may say I see a sneezing woman in the third picture)...My dear friend, please don't forget, you can use the adverbs either at the beginning or at the end of the sentence).
