Describe the house of your dreams!

Ok, since I plan to own a flat in Germany some day, it is unavoidable to conceive of a house of my dream--
First, it would be a two or three floor flat with a big living room, one dinning room and two bathrooms.
Then I prefer ones having gardens and a garage~~
If it is located near my working place, the house is perfect!
