In the second one I see a referee who is using the red card to send  a player off.

In the last one I see fans rejoicing (being happy)

I see losing; that is not correct: you see somebody or something doing.... 

rule: it could be ruler

fans rejoices: fans rejoice: in english the final of a personal form of a verb is used only for the 3rd singular person of the present tense
 

To see: I see, you see, he/she/it sees, we see, you see, they see  (fans see, fans rejoice)
