Well I think that the preparation method of Ravioles is: heat milk until boil and then cook the ravioles. The red sauce I imagine that could be prepared like this: Chop tomatoes and onion, first fry the onion with salt, oregan and basil, later you add the tomatoes. Mix all in high heat. When you serve the sauce you can add a sprig of rosemary.
