It is better to say: I have not yet had any (a) bad holiday.
"Have had" is the present perfect tense. It describes a situation (having had a holiday) which started in the past and is still continuing..... it tells you 'until this moment....... and it is still continuing ... you HAVE not yet HAD a bad holiday.

Unfortunately, I cannot describe my worst holiday ever as I've been lucky and haven't had any bad holiday experiences so far ;)
