Hello there! I understood your writing very well. There were a few misspellings, and the tense of the paragraph shifted a bit here and there, but it was still very easy to understand. As a native speaker, here's how I would say what you said in your note:

When I had a bad feeling, I always tried to calm down by relaxing and listening to music, especially with guitar. Sometimes talking to some funny friend made me feel better too, but other times when I was very annoyed or anxious, sleeping was the solution for me.

Hope this helps! :)

I hope you understand what I want to expalain

When I read it out loud and put "makes" in place of "made," it sounds good. I actually like it better that way. :)

I sure wish another English speaker would join in on this conversation and lend some insight. In school, I couldn't diagram sentences to save my life, but I write and edit for a living these days. Go figure that one, lol. I just look at English writing and I can tell if it "sounds" correct or if it doesn't. I never memorized any of the rules.

I wish I could be more helpful. Sorry about that!
